Community Focus of NC, Inc was created in 2008 in the midst of a national economic downturn. In a time when home sales had drastically declined while common expenses continued to rise, we felt that there needed to be a company focused on maintaining a positive outlook at the community level. Although the economic climate will continue fluctuate, there will always be a constant need to maintain the highest value attainable for what is likely to be an individual’s largest lifetime asset – The Home. We are committed to helping our communities operate effectively, efficiently and with the confidence that they are managed and maintained to the highest standards available in the industry.
This confidence is instilled through a staff of professionals and local consultants who have backgrounds in many levels of expertise including: Financial Planning, Community Management, Real Estate Sales, Real Estate and HOA Law, Community Planning & Development, Landscaping Design & Maintenance, Road Construction and Maintenance Club & Pool Management, Home Construction, Home Repair, Social Organizing, Web Design and IT Operations.
We are a smaller company and currently manage under 1000 homes. While we are always interested in obtaining new clients, our focus will be on maintaining the “small business” feel of our company. We want to get to know our homeowners and understand their individual concerns. We feel confident that you could knock on the door of any owner in a community we manage and they will have good things to say about our company.

Keeping our area of managed communities very local, we are able to maintain a lower overhead and offer a competitive rate for our services.
